Pre-sales Solution Consultant

Job responsibilities

• To propose a customized solutions that comprise China Telecom services, telecommunication and ICT products to cope with Corporate needs


• To get involvement in the whole process from pre-sales to production environment - presentation, demonstration, user requirement study, implementation, training, and on-site support卐tc.


• To influence customer's technical requirements, and position China Telecom Service relative to competition


• To develop solution prototyping, response RFI, RFP and other proposals that requested by Corporate Customers


• To coordinate with our agents / suppliers, HQ and Branches Office of China Telecom to periodically provide training to Sales Team


• To communicate with Product Manager to differentiate CT solutions / services in the keen competition environment and assist Product Manager to cope with the technical design in product marketing


• To maintain qualitative customer services & loyalty for existing customers


• To probably involve in a variety of projects delivered to large enterprises and on-site assignment.

• Preferably with a BEng/ BSc in Computer Studies / Electrical Telecommunications Engineering


• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the Telecommunication industry, experiences in dealing with MNC & professional certificate (i.e.CCNA, CCND) are definitely an advantage


• Experience on IP/SDH/DDN transmission Systems, ICT Value Added products like Data Centre & Call Centre and other telecom access technologies


• Superior analytical, problem solving and presentation skills (written & verbal)


• Ability to maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical users, including the ability to communicate effectively with a large user base of differing levels of IT skills


• Ability to quickly learn and comprehend ever-changing technology


• Occasional travel is required


• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, especially in spoken and written English/Chinese
