To act as a single contact point for all commercial as well as technical requirements with respect to relations with other telecommunication carriers for voice, data, internet and other services.
Conduct negotiations with international carriers for interconnection as well as launch of new products and services.
Continuous efforts for developing new business relationships, retaining existing partners and growth of traffic volumes and revenue.
Monitoring of traffic flows, analysis of settlement rates and tie-ups for launch of telecom services and products
Providing presales proposals, sales document, contracts and coordinating with technical team to provide necessary sales technical support
Personal Specification:
Degree or MS in Communications or Marketing/Business Administration
At least 3 years experience in telecommunications industry
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to interact and work effectively with a broad range of China Telecom functional areas
Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities
Demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in English, Cantonese/Mandarin is a prerequisite for this role
