After divided the old China Telecom from south and north two parts, China Telecommunications Corporation (China Telecom) has 21 provinces level subsidiary company under command, owned 70% assets of the whole nation long-distance transfer telecommunication business, allow to build the local telephone network and managing the local telephone business in ten provinces north China.
